I have to say of all of the figure skating "controversies", i.e., people complaining about underrated skaters - this pair has been magnificent for years and they stuck it out til the Judges finally gave them what they deserved - GOOD FOR THEM!!!!!

Man they create some of the coolest entries to their lifts! I love it. (: and man that throw triple twist. :D so great. and their throw triple toe loop. EVERYTHING is so amazing <3

For years I thought Gordeeva and Grinkov were the epitome of skating synchronization but I now bow to Shen and Zhao....truly the best of their generation.

Wow...wow...What can I say? I am speechless. They are so incredible at both athletically and artistically. It is always with so much emotion to watch their performance. Bravo.

It was amazing to see this pair skate in Torino in 2006, after Zhao had been off ice for some time due to surgery on Achielles tendon. They won bronze there, and then retired, got married, and decided to come back. This was not a desire just be at Olympics again. They are amazing, and they skated with such technique and attention to music, and, yes, with PASSION (not so easy for them). They won the Olympic gold, and they deserved every point that was awarded to them. Bravo to S&Z!

Soooo happy they have made come back and burst the over rated Savchenko and Szolkowy's bubble! Only small issue for me is the side by side spins but with throws like that, who cares!
