@barbosa973 I would put myself as a really good natural bodybuilder, but I will need more time to prove that I am one of the top natural bodybuilders. Just how I see it. Got alot more improvement to go. Thanks for the comment

Hey Tuan, thanks for the info! Do you have any knowledge on raising testosterone levels naturally? Jeff Anderson has a program called Optimum Anabolics which is based on research done that through an increase in intense exercise combined with a large drop in protein, your body will naturally increase growth hormone and testosterone levels. It is based on short periods of around a week but after reading this info I'm wondering how safe the program is.

Do you have any knowledge in this area?

Titus was convicted of second degree murder, kidnapping and arson. He was sentenced to 21 to 55 years in prison. With time served from the date of capture, Craig Titus is eligible for parole release on December 23, 2026.

So Weider doesn't like steroid abuse in bodybuilding huh? Then why does he allow it? Oh that's right.. he makes millions with the Olympia every year... If everyone would weigh about 200lbs on stage almost nobody would be interested in seeing that. Bodybuilding is basically a freak show. And to be honest, that's kind of why I like watching it. I'm a natural bodybuilder myself though, but I don't care what others do to their bodies.

This is a pretty misleading post. Macho Man died in a car crash, Andre the Giant died due to congestive heart failure (the man was 7'4" 540lbs that will put a huge strain on anyone's body), Mr. Perfect died from a coke overdose, and Hawk died from a heart attack (nothing was stated about steroids).

hey do you take any kind of pre workout supplements? ive tried jack3d and its pretty crazy, and what kind of protein do you use?
