  • @neocommunist Thanks, I found out a little while back, and have seen them all since then. Great experiences indeed. I particluarly like the existentialist connotations, as an avid reader of Kierkegaard.

Subtlety is the only way to express these kinds of emotions.

  • @Phavonic No my dear friend, the other two films were "through a glass darkly" and "The Silence".Its such a shame that in the age where mediocrity prevailing around is hailed as greatest/one of the best ever, these original gems have been forgotten. Each of bergman movies requires multiple viewings to understand, rewarding the patience.Persona is my personal favourite and will be in the three greatest movies of all time

  • @pedroubi i have a quadbike too, theyre awesome!

  • @neocommunist Ah, thank you. What were the other two? I suppose Seventh Seal was one.

  • @Phavonic That movie was Winterlight, one of the faith trilogy, personal favourite of Bergman

  • Bibi Andersson and Max von Sydow .... awesome actors and a gem of a movie

  • What is the Bergman film where Gunnar Bjornstrand plays a priest, who depresses the suicidal soldier Max von Sydow with his own lack of faith that Sydow kills himself? Anyone?

  • one of the greatest existentialist movies in history

  • @DpadProductions i agree with you. im just sayin, with all the new fashions and styles and cosmetics of today, that girl needs none of it. a natural beauty
