Well we chose windows movie maker,but we had a choice of adobe premiere but it was too new too us. i also used another software for the green screen work and another software package for getting rid of unwanted blood in the drill scene (rotoscoping).

Bull, private schools so should be able to afford decent media equipment. lobby with the SRC or something. Even my - albeit awesome - public school has tons of stuff.

Alright cool, i just get very bored overseas so i saw this as something to investigate. i think you guys did pretty darn well under the circumstances. Movie maker isn't great and only a term to do it are trying conditions. Now, i don't mean to brag but i had the same conditions, but i also had a topic. - did you guys have a set topic? a generic one?

Roland i appreciate your effort and analysis, this project was very hard since motivating everyone was difficult (due to laid back class), then accepting the use of a script, we only had a few weeks for filming (during media), acting isn't everybodies trait, even suggesting the idea of a tripod was very hard for some to accept and editing was hard due to exam time. if i didnt have exams i would have added muzzle flashes, better editing and colour correction.

I agree with u Spence 100% We had Exams & karz was hard to motivate. Also FOR CRYING OUT LOUD THIS WAS A SCHOOL PROJECT NOT A HOLLYWOOD BLOCKBUSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we didnt have the time to bother about sound affects.

1.how much time did you have?
2.What editing equipment did you have?
