This is why our political process takes so frigen long, 6 minutes to say hello and welcome and sit over there and shut up; while we work. While at the same time providing seating arrangements that are totally inappropriate and counter productive to the purpose of having a guest in Parliament.
The Poor Sole was sitting there like a nick-nack; unable to even scratch as means to relief a distraction; while being unable to ask questions or properly observe the process if and when needed.
