How can you possibly even dare to breath that, when they let you keep your S-12, after all. S-12 is far superior to the USAS-12, BUT we get to own them. I doubt your accessment of the magazine theory. it might be right, but you already alluded to them being inept - so who REALLY knows? Maybe, but they have powers you can only dream about. lol.

I have one. I bought it before the ban, so it is grandfathered. Had to register and etc. Still worth owning. Saiga-12 is much better. This looks cool as well.

The USAS12 is classified DD because it has a drum magazine. Straight and tubular magazine shotguns do not fall under the DD category.

The fact that a drum magazine is only available as an aftermarket accessory to the Saiga, while the USAS12 has it come standard, is probably the reason for the different classification.

This is all aside from the fact that the Firearms branch of the BAFTE is a massively inept, corrupt, unconstitutional, and generally mean-spirited organization.

saiga 12 ga isn't, and its the AK version of a auto shotgun

Remember the USAS-12? that was a 12 ga shotgun styled after a M-16. It's now listed as a Destructive Device by the BATFE
