Exotic Birds - This Feeling - June 3, 1989 - Dover Lake Park, Northfield Ohio. Before Nine Inch Nails, Trent Reznor played keybords in The Exotic Birds. Trent is not in this clip, but Andy Kubiszewski... better known as the drummer for Stabbing Westward is!

  • Trent should have kept a bicycle shorts wearing xylophone player in NIN. What a shame. NIN could have been SO much more...

  • I WANT THIS SONG ON MY IPOD!

  • this is amazing

  • hey that bicycle wearing xylophone guy was the founder and very talented andy kubeizwski who created the Exotic Brids. .. If it wasn't for andy, trent would be bye bye.. I knew andy very well.

  • This isn't half bad really. I sort of dig it.

  • its funny cuz everyone is just walking by and dont really care at all.. little did they know the talent that was going to emerge from this band. Gives me hope with my band :P

  • NOrthfield lol thats where im from

  • Oh I know who it is. This was not a proud moment for any of them. I still think Trent should have kept him as drummer. In this outfit. I have a feeling they were friends from the marching band percussion section. That's the only way I can imagine someone thinking a xylophone in a band would be a neat idea.

  • @zurx93 That's actually Andy Kubiszewski... better known as the drummer for Stabbing Westward!

  • this really isn't bad at all I am surprised. Definitely sounds pretty good for late 80s music. TG they didn't make it big though, or NIN wouldn't exist.
