How to update the firmware on a BlackBerry Storm 9500 from Vodafone

I am sorry to hear it's not there. If you resend the service books on your BlackBerry, it should update your menus. If you are not sure how to do that, we have another video showing you.

There's no reason why this should be missing if it is the 9500 you've got. There were different models of the BlackBerry Storm that didn't have this option though.

If it's the 9500 itself the option should be available under Settings ---> advanced options ---> Wireless upgrade.
