In fact, I have to eat Chinese food in Vancouver, because I thought that shot high class restaurant is a waste of my time ... Because they are rich already and I am tried to make an appointment in advance details of the shooting for these famous

restaurant. So That, I like to shot the unknown but good restaurant, I like to help them out to become more popular , they will be gratitude to me ... I am also happy make friends with them , It is the results I want & looking for !

Toro(Fatty Tuna)especially Black Fin Tuna has been my favorite. Vancouver has been exporting Tuna to all over the world that include Hong Kong and Japan. The fish in colder water contain more fat and taste better.

When eating Amaebi(Sweet Shrimp), try not to let the mouth get too close to the shell on the tail because it has spikes and can irritate the lips. It is best to remove the sack(stomach) in the shrimp head to make it taste better.
