This is my latest model: a RF-4B Phantom II. It's a Hasegawa 1/48 scale model with full Aires resin cockpit, ejection seats, wheel bays, camera bays, avionics and nozzles. It took me about 6 months to build it (every day a couple of hours). Semper Fi - www.warbirds.eu - The Warbird Factory

  • Excellent job. You really did your homework and nailed the details. As a Marine Veteran who served in this squadron, thanks for keeping the memory alive, ZAP! RF's Forever

  • Thanks! That's a great compliment from an expert!

  • As usual up to your high standards wb8dxx don't know what he is talkig about is not too long and the music I think is very appropriate for the plane

  • Thanks TVCDLover! I am aware that I have to learn to make better videos but like someone else said about this video "long but I know you wanted to show your model off". That's true I just wanted to have the video here. Next time I will take more care of steady filming and shorter takes, less repetitive like wdb8dxx said. Ok thanks.

  • Far too long and too repetitive

And the "music" has got to go.

  • Tx for your comment. As to the video. I agree, I have to improve this. Abt the music: for me a Phantom is like "... I hear Thunder and there is no rain" and "Pirates of The Caribbean), that's my personal idea.

  • Beautiphul!

  • VMFP-3 Marine, '81-'85, photo line, I took care of the cameras in the nose and associated systems. Info: those gull wing doors on the sides we would have to open to remove the large high altitude camera, also the viewfinder periscope, otherwise we didn't open them that often, just the bottom bay doors. Excellent craftsmanship on the plane!

  • VMFP3 Marine here. Det III 1976-77. Outstanding work. Tight!!!!

  • Great Presentation...:-)

  • Absolutely Phabulous! 5 Stars and Semper Fi, Marine.

  • perfection up to the Models....! 5/5
