Wow! I hope your joking! Even Bush is smart enough (now) to realize that he didn't liberate a thankful people. He might even realize that he put us in a more precarious situation than before his little escapade. He probably doesn't quite understand why what he did qualifies as an atrocity of historic proportions. As for Clinton, the Republicans wasted our money searching for pety things to harass Clinton over.

The Republicans invented pretenses to harass Clinton. This was an irresponsible waste of money (supplied by tax-payers). With Bush in office they invented excuses to invade Iraq (this time the cost was human lives). The Democrats are trying to avoid impeachment of Bush. I say they have the responsibility to impeach Bush and avoidance, in this case, is irresponsible.
