More like 21 years! George Best, I was the first kid to show the way, as I did with a million other bands and still do!
Ironic that when I had a drink with George Best himself, he claimed it was his best work! I guess he meant the cover......
Fucking love this band, and always will, as Dave Gedge said to me at a gig in Ladbroke Grove, "Have you got a guitar string?", "Yes, a g", "perfect, I'll give it back after the gig"
