GO-APE CRASH @ Sherwood Forest

The thud you can hear (unfortunately you can't see it on the video) is where the rope drops me down and I crack myself on the platform below! I actually managed to damage my back and was off work a week... but brilliant fun otherwise. www.goape.co.uk

Everyone has instruction guys you all get a 40 min brief at the start ... there are very good reasons why you dont wear a helement ...this is England if there was a risk of you getting hit or hitting your head then obviosly you would have to wear one so DDARTROCK1 i dont know where you are coming from.
