These are not "biracial" people this is evidence of how the human being evolved. Africans have the most diverse DNA. Countries in Africa and the islands near the continent have many inhabitants with these characteristics, Blond hair and Blue eyes are an inferior trait in all humans. The purest Africans some are born with traits today considered a white trait. Its not a white trait just a mutation, an inferior trait in everyone.

Some people forget that "white" is not an ethnicity. It is very hard to find anyone anywhere who is 100% one ethnicity or even race. These dark-skinned, light hair, light eyed people are very common in the U.S. because of slavery, as well as in all countries that have been colonized by European nations, including Africa and almost all of Latin and South America.
