Irish aerobic exercise, (NOT IRISH STEP DANCING) inspired by traditional Irish ceili, country dances and step dancing. Original aerobics steps created for this exercise program. Workout to traditional Irish dance music. Not an Irish step dancing program. No turnout, no trebles,no hard shoes. Designed for everyone who loves Irish music and wants a wee bit of exercise! Enjoy!

  • and this is why we're American and not Irish....

  • oh gawd this is hilarious!

  • you're fooling no-one with the accent!!

  • @shellyhathaway ;) A little turn-out to be sure, for balance as well. And I definitely want to see it on the "heel-toe". But full-blown turn-out on some of the marching steps...yowza. I want to get aerobics-cert, this is all making me curious!

  • @1skinnygirl actually turn-out prevents injury ;)

  • @shellyhathaway Come on now Shel, this is step aerobics: you need a natural walking motion. If they turned out, they'd likely hurt something!

  • Dance exercise programs are crap for beginners with no dance experience because they cannot follow them but are a fun little warm up for those who do dance.

  • Gee...everything looks fun and appealing with Irish music!
