@chaoticblue123 agreed, michael hedge is good but between hedges and kotaro they both play differnt type of music. where kotaros music are more pop/jazz with more melody.and hedges has nice flowing music.
Kotaro Oshio's stuff is mostly pop oriented with a slightly jazzy feel to it. Most of it is relaxing and pretty upbeat, not really the 'soulful' kind of music. Still, "Soul" is too subjective for anyone to really say whether one lacks it or not at their level of play.

Remnants of Michael Hedges, but no where near as good. I can appreciate his talent, but he's too straight for me. Kotaro is very technically proficient, but the music doesn't speak to me. It doesn't move me like Michael did and does. If you really listen you can hear the abscence of soul replaced with an abundance of technique and execution.

More precisely it's C3, G3, C4, A#4 (or B♭5) D5, and C3 is the lowest, or the closest to the face.
