US deploys troops in Israel for Iran war
The drill entitled "Austere Challenge 12" will involve the installation of troops near Iran's neighboring Strait of Hormuz, the reinforcing of nearby nations with US weapons, and the deployment of thousands of American troops into Israel. The Jerusalem Post quotes US Commander Lt.-Gen Frank Gorenc as saying the drill is not just an "exercise" but also a "deployment" that will involve "several thousand American soldiers" heading to Israel.

This drill comes on the heels of escalating tension between Iran the U.S. over Iran's recent Naval Drill demonstrating their capability to close off the strait of Hormuz. Iran announced on Friday that they intend to hold further drills in the coming weeks as well.

In parallel to these events the Arab League has decided to Press for a UN no fly zone over Syria. Syria is a strong ally of Iran and the two countries are bound by mutual defense treaties.

Such escalating naval tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, which is the world's most important oil route shed a new light on comments made by Chineses President Hu Jintao on December 7th when he urged the country's navy today to prepare for military combat and advance naval modernisation..
The navy should "accelerate its transformation and modernisation in a sturdy way, and make extended preparations for military combat in order to make greater contributions to safeguard national security and world peace," Hu said in a speech.

In related news on December 26th it was announced that China and Japan will be have agreed to bypass the dollar in their currency markets. China has worked out similar agreements with a number of other countries including Russia, however Japan and China are the 2nd and 3rd largest economies in the world, making this pact far more significant than those preceding.

China seems to be positioning itself for a full withdrawal from the dollar. Such a move would utterly collapse the currency markets and would give China distinct economic advantage in any military conflict that may follow.

Obama quietly signed the National Defense Authorization act of 2012 last week. The signing was accompanied by a misinformation campaign claiming that the provisions for indefinite detention for U.S. citizens had been removed. This is patently false. Vote Fraud in Iowa
Edward True, of Moulton, Iowa has reported that the votes that he tabulated in his district did not match the votes reported by Republican Party of Iowa. He claims that 2 votes for Romney were transformed into 22 votes.

Such a discrepancy should come to no to surprise since insiders in the republican party have stated in interviews that the Republican party of Iowa would not let Ron Paul win.

It seems at this point the American people are out of political options.
