its ok man, But u should have put more vaults in u know what I mean not trying 2 bring u guys down but there was 2 much of that climbing N it was kinda senseless 2 be doing 360's haha

Learn more about free running cause this was more of free climbing, Nice frontflip tho', but its only been 3 months so yeah keep learning watch more parkour N free running videos, I just think there was 2 much jumping n what not, pretty decent rolls PEACE

yeah dude i hear you looking at this video now that i have been doing it for a few more months its crazy how i had no idea what i was doing for 3 months but now i got all the basic vaults down aswell as manny flare vaults like the barrel vault and spring vault. i even got my backflips and sideflips down now. you still gonna go do parkour? we should hit up the streets sometime

i agree with some of the other commenter's: work on your basic. Also try and find some rails close to each other and work on your flow.

not bad i live like 10 minutes from from salem mall i parkour all the time down there i know some good spots as for the mall i can more but you can do flips i cant do those anymore since messed up my knee so i cant get the push off needed but keep in touch we can exchange good spots if we find any

It was good but not Great...you started to slow down on alot of it mostly the wall climbs could be faster i suggest new shoes if ur into skater stuff us low cut nike's but just find a shoe that fits good and isnt flat footed and comfy
