Mr. Andrew, you never cease to amaze. My dad was one of his friends in school and I've got to meet him when he had a concert at his dad's church. Such an amazing man of God.

"minefields" in this song are not referring to real mines. He is talking about the minefields and storms of life in general. It means that even though life throws bad things at us and lays traps to tear apart our relationships you can stand firm in God. Their love is so strong that they can take life's hits and dance through them together. He mentions walking through a "shadowland" and there is nothing to fear because God and the love of his wife gets him through.

On November 3 I was diagnosed with leukemia. I never thought when we said our vows 12 years ago that we would deal with the in sickness and in health so soon. The 1st time that my wife left me at the hospital when she started the car this song came on. I tear up just thinking of that moment and I thank God for uplifting her in a minefield moment. I don't know what the future holds but I know one thing God has given me a great wife and blessed me with so much. We are dancing in the minefields.
