Beautiful memorable 1969 hit from William Oliver Swofford better known as Oliver. From the pen of Rod McKuen and the voice of Oliver came "Jean".

  • So pretty.

  • this song gives me goosebumps

  • sounds like a folksong written ages ago, very memorable

  • This song was the theme for the movie, "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie," a must-see film about an unorthodox teacher at a conservative Christian school in 1920s Scotland. Maggie Smith played Jean and won the Academy Award for Best Actress. Caution: although many of the characters in the movie are under age 18, this is NOT a children's movie!

  • Another great memorable song from a great year in music-1969

  • VERY beautiful song that was composed by Oliver <3

  • @photoeng1 The Arrangement

  • AWESOME SONG FROM AN AWESOME SINGER.

  • Wow! He really resembles Jim Carrey!

  • Sometimes I'm reminded of this song when I think of vampires. :D
