Leif Ove Andsnes - Trenet: Chanson Coin de rue" from the album "Horizons". A recording which looks back at Leif Ove Andsnes remarkable career to date and traces his life from Karmøy to the international stage. Entitled Horizons the album contains a collection of some 20 short pieces which Andsnes has accumulated including some he learned in childhood and ones that have been added to his suitcase over the years.

I talked to Mr. Hamelin about the publication of these scores, he commented that he hasn't yet been able to publish them.

This sounds like Weissenberg's arrangement. For those who are curious, he arranged and anonymously recorded 6 of these songs for an old LP entitled "Mr. Nobody plays Trenet", but he never wrote them down. Marc-Andre Hamelin took the trouble to notate them from the recording and recorded all six last year. I don't think they've been published yet, though. Andsnes may have done is own arrangement, but its sounds more like he got the sheet music from Hamelin. Either way, love it!
