i agree with dean but how can you bring him on MSNBC whilst criticizing republicans for having someone like Dana Perino on FOX

Awwwwww these two guyssssss! They go way back. I think they've always had a love/hate relationship. But when it comes to healthcare reform, they agree wholeheartedly. I love this clip. It's cute!

I agree totally. In fact both of the bills, even if they are passed, won't effect me personally, I'll be retired and on medicare. But for my children sake, I sure hope this country does wake up and go single payer in their life time.

You know there is going to be a huge revolt against anything that smacks of a bail out for the health insurance industry forced on the American tax payer..if you don't know..I'm telling you right now, this will be the match that sets the whole country on fire.

What are you eve talking about? The Health Insurance Companies profit margin has increased 400% over the last decade.
.
Between the uninsured and the under insured, its the American people that need the bail out, which is why we need these reforms.
.
The Public option is about insurance, like Citizens homeowners insurance in Florida.
.
It isn't about a gov't take over. If there isn't a public option, the insurance companies will keep ripping us off because they can.

I'm sorry that comment was miss leading because of the bail out remark. But think of it. Making all of us buy insurance, adding millions to the coffers of the insurance industry, without cost controllers (public option or something) would be akin to the free money the tax payer gave the banks. Only not through out taxes, right out of our pockets!! People are not going to stand for it.

Ok, I hear you. I did kind of wonder if I was reading that wrong.
.
I think ultimately we will end up having to go with a single payer system and ending the private sector health insurance industry. That won't likely happen in my life time, but I think that is the only workable solution for the American people if health care is going to be about health care.
