Im not sure if your jokingly asking about that or if your asking technically how? If you were technically asking, it's a glitch in forge where one player picks up a weapon at the same time another player deletes it, in this case it was the laser

Maybe, It seems like forever ago that it was done, but Im actually pretty sure its Spartan laser, since any time the guys hand was moving was any time that the spartan laser was charging, if that makes sense.
