Second workout, second week of Viking Warrior Conditioning. Sorry about the bad camera angle. Lockout was much better this time through. Went 24 total sets which took about 12.5 minutes(+-) using my 16 kg.

  • What size bell is that? Looks to light for you. Good work regardless though.

  • @letmeusethisnow It's a 16 kilo.  Believe me, it's plenty big enough. The VWC suggests a 16 kg. too.

  • Nope. 15:15 means 15 seconds of snatching followed by 15 seconds of rest. Within that 15 seconds of work, you snatch at a cadence determined prior to starting your first workout. You then stay with that cadence (for me, 7 reps within that 15 seconds) for the remainder of your workouts, until you reach 80 sets.

  • I don't get it. What does the 15:15 stand for. I thought it meant 15 snatches then 15 sec of rest.
