The
Storytelling Cabaret
Presents
"A Match Made in Heaven"
Starring
Learnin' Vernon
Performed on 5/8/2010 at the old South Congregational Church in Farmington Maine this story was inspired by True Love © 1993 by Joyce and Barry Vissel published in Chicken Soup for the Soul. With their permission Vernon created this adaptation of a love story that honors diversity and tolerance. What helps an indivdual maintain the balance of life and to keep it from spinning out of control? For Moses it was his faith.
Music accompaniment was by the talented pianist Jackie Ranco. Minutes before the performance she made the suggestion we use Felix Mendelssohn's "Wedding March", written in 1842 which complimented the adaptation of this performance.
The Storytelling Cabaret was produced by Phyllis Blackstone
