how nothing is changing people are still dying and there is no progress polictly. you who was also right about iraq dick cheney in 1994, when asked why we didnt invade iraq in the first war he said because there were be an insurgency and sectarian war and iraq would be quote a quagmire. people dying at a slower rate does not mean were winning.
