Beautiful song! Even I don't understand Japanese, but it remind me those movies and songs by ishihara and kobayashi, when I grew up in Taiwan.

"en" means "entertain" or "perform", "ka" means "songs".  All together, it can mean "entertaining songs" though we understand the type of songs as the songs of Ishihara and other old timers. Young people never really sing or listen to "enka" any more.
