Omega Threes are very important, but people think of it so much that they sleep oN GLA a good Omega 6 fatty acid which is key to your health as well. Make sure you take both, you will only be the more healthy for it.

You don't really need to cut fats as you do sugar. That's what really clogs the arteries. I wish they would stop lying to us.
