The Midlife Blues Band performing 'My Baby She Worships Me', with a very Stones-like feel to it. Another great tune fitting in the band's idea of covering less known but interesting bluesy material. The band lasted only about a year and a half and regrettably broke up at the end of 1994 because of motivation problems. Lined up on this recording are: Albert Valk --vocals, Jan Kasteelen --guitar, Paul van Eijk --bass, René in 't Veld --hammond and Ron....(what's his name) --drums. November '94 at Dixie's café in cheesetown Gouda, Netherlands.
Haven't heard this in years - used to cover This Steve Earle number in a band I was in, The Legendary Flashing Knobs, just faster and louder. That was the Knobs' way of covering everything!
