@Mr944porsche Hahaaa, badass isn't it? It's just a pretty common thing in Japanese car parks as there wouldn't be enough space to maneuver otherwise. Still, I often did an extra turn just to admire the car a little longer.

Sweeeeet! 928's are simply fantastic cars that were WAY ahead of their time - I'm envious of your acquisition!!I
If Porsche were to build a 928 model today, what with all the advances since production stopped 15+ years ago (direct injection, compter controls, infinitely varying cams, better cooling, PDK and even TIRES!, etc. while keeping the exact same body shape... people would be lined up out the door to buy 'em.
Hey - already have the Panamera - we may very well see a 2012 Porsche 928 NG...

@HollywdPatGB Wishfull thinking. The Panamera is probably as close as Porsche is willing to get to a new 928. I'm happy I got to own two of them and will surely buy one more someday.

@bootsmonster22 With a 5L engine insurance fees and taxes will run very high in most countries. Factor in supercar running costs as well. Japan is a pretty good country for these (except that they'll overheat in the summer within 30 minutes).
