I cried myself to sleep last night when finished reading Marley and me ,I felt like I knew that dog for 13 years myself,thank you for that wonderful book, PS,i gave my (CAT) a great big hug this morning.

That disaster prone dog is now responsible for the BIGGEST grossing Christmas film in the history of cinema...nearly $60 million in less than 4 days! Marley is now (rightfully) a celebrity and his legacy will continue to live on. The movie also perfectly captured all these tales from the family they're sharing. Seeing pictures, and especially a clip of a movie (how neat!) Marley starred in really tells me he was born to be a star and his legacy will save so many other dogs.

Just because a movie make people cry doesn't make it bad. It too much about comedies in kid shows. I remember really sad cartoon movies that would make you cry. THE MOVIE AND THE BOOK WAS GREAT!!!

Your right, the movie isnt very good at all, but i quite enjoyed the book! it has way more to it than the movie.

WARNING!! This movie is pathetic. It was sold to kids, as a feel good, funny, dog lover movie. In the end, the dog is euthanized while the entire audience cries! I saw kids, on Christmas day, walking out of this pathetic movie in tears!! How shameful. They deliberately marketed the movie falsely... just to make a few bucks. Let me step back and say the movie itself is not bad. But the marketing of it was shameful and pathetic. Even adults were in tears. Which is fine IF that is what you expect!!

i can totally relate to the book, cause i own 2 labs. a golden lab called 'Latte' and a chocolate lab called 'Maconno.' Latte is just like Marley but in female form. she is 3 years old and has no grown up. she loves bananas and even chewed through the wall. i completely know what he went to
