Ah! the good old days when British Airports were British owned. Now BAA's 7 Airports are owned by a spanish firm that has destroyed BAA (the then World's largest Airport operator). It has run them so badly that they have been forced to sell 3. Great. Now we need the "Boris Island to be built on the Thames and that will deeply cut into Heathrow's share, and so devalue what the spanish company bought.

lovely bit of nostalgia.

I miss the SD360's. I flew on Manx Airlines from Glasgow in one around 93. Things have changed since then.
P.S. LOOK!!! Not an Easyjet in sight

That has to be the smoothest 767 landing i have ever seen!

@craig19700826 - Nice vid Craig - jeez, havent things changed quite drastically for Glasgow airport since then - a fairly hefty passenger numbers drop and a revival of nearby Prestwick............a complete reversal of the situation when you taped this back in 94 ! most of the long haul carriers here no longer fly into GLA

Great footage Craig.
Air Canada landing was brillant.
The new international pier wasn't up & running at that time, so the United B767 parked on stand 30 was waiting to be towed to stand 1 for it's flight.
