Thanks for the great shots. I flew on-board test flights from Woodford in the 80's ,would visit the Nimrod MSU at Kinloss to inspect the re-installation after major service. I was there when the fuel probes were installed during the Falklands. I was there when the Flir was added for Gulf War I. Great memories, sad to see them go, we should spend money on more appropriate things now.

XV260, engineers touched her up really nicely to be sent off to a museum and someone doesnt bother thier arse to raise the paperwork so it can be sent to a good museum. What a waste, its gonna get turned into razor blades
