  • Keep in mind that spelt flour would not be gluten free as it's a member of the wheat family.

  • I am using rice flour which is gluten free. I mention spelt probably a slip of the tounge, SPELT FLOUR CONTAINS GLUTEN. Thanks for spotting that!
