youre car si pretty i love it it runs a lot....cause i have a spyder gt 3.8liter......the thing is you cant reach youre top speed,thats cause......i dont thing it can reach 160 miles ....and i understund you wont to get youre limiter off soe you can reach that speed.....well do it.get the top of the top

im reading here that youre v6 eclipse cant goe to the to speed whith the pedal full acelleraiting....let me say that my spyder goes the absolutley top speed acelleraiting....the limiter at the top down

@josubg73 I dont really understand what you're saying, but what I'm saying is my car will not go past the limiter. it gets there effortlessly, and the car is smooth at 140mph, no vibrations.

I have an '06 GT with just intake and exhaust with my limiter still on and can hit 147 in 5th gear no problem, I'm sure without the limiter and down in 6th it could go much further.

of course this model the 4g gt of eclipse its really fast and the v6 engine sounds very sporty ,the thing that of course ,you can put much more horse power in the engine.or take the limiter off i suggest to get the limiter it has too give much more horse power

@josubg73 You can buy a chip for it, not the cheap little ones, but the ones that flash your ecu permanently, they also help performance all around....down side is if you have a warranty it will be voided.
