Rajma Masala - Rajma lentils (also "Kidney Beans" due to their shape) is a very popular north indian ingredient. Healthy Diet Rajma Masala is an all time favourite dish
Ingredients-
150gm rajma boiled
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 medium onions
1 inch ginger
6 garlic pods
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tomatoes
2 green chillies
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Few coriander leaves
1 cup water
3-4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Preparation-
Heat the oil.
Add cumin seeds,onions,tomatoes and garlic.
Add ginger,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala and mix well.
Add boiled rajma,water,salt and mix.
Let the rajma cook for a few minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
