I like the original cistern more than the one in TRA. It's too short IMO

in my opinion, the scariest enemies are the cat mummies in the egypt levels. god, how scary it was to see bandages fall off those critters in the last level.

The original cistern level was indeed huge, overwhelming even. In anniversary not much so, although it's still quite large. But i feel that most levels in anniversary have been simplified somewhat. Anyway, there is a time trial option for a reason... ;D

There are clearly two Centaurs in the orginal, and you can just run through them. Whereas in Anniversary, they have to be fought, but I thought they were easy enough to beat. Get the shield from one, then use it for them both :)

@jazzmavrik I know that there are two (re-read my comment to which you replied). The commentary states that there's only one, though.

I'm watching all of these vids of designer's comments - loving them - esp remembering where I was in TRA in comparison with TR. I couldn't always place where I was. Now I can. Thank you :-)
