This is part three of my run of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Substance Version, on Normal Difficulty on the Playstation 2. Here, Snake encounters his first boss, and you here my wonderful voice for the first time in this run.

3:32 - I prefer to say that we are a country of people who really don't care, so we're happy irregardless. Though the way the news media home in on every crime they can, we also tend to be a little more scared. (Interesting fact: Crime in the US has gone down 20% in the past ten years, while News coverage has increase 600%)

First of all, I would appreciate it if you would use proper grammer. Second of all, just get close to them without them spotting you and hold the shoot button, unless you release it strongly, you won't shoot. To throw enemies, you've got to drag them near an opening. The openings vary.
