all valid points and a true evaluation of this years product BUT the reason i loke it this year is that when edited it represents the truest forn of an nba game , ITS NOT PERFECT but it plays a beautiful game of basketball. i like my games quicker with a transition running feel. i like both companies but the one that feels best i buy ,this year i happen to like LIVE.... I NEVER PLAY ONNLINE but then i do i normally play 2K its better for human-human play, live is better to play franchise..

NBA DRY(LIVE)09 has a lot of work to do. The whole series is broken. The game is dull and has no flavor. The players look like they are on steroids and the gameplay is way too fast.

The series is improving on the next gen consoles, but EA has a ton of money and and they didn't have sig move animations. All the players are hunched over and the crossovers are all the same. NBA 2k9 is a great sim experience against opponents who don't cheese and it has a ton of flavor. NBA dry needs work.
