The Art and Music part of the Building is more than unsatisfactory- the acoustic horrible the rehearsal rooms hated by musicians. Muhmuth is reflecting Van Berkles Ego but not music.

Maybe you should rather start to question Van Berkle and UNStudio. The building might be impressive construction wise but to achieve the "Twist", his massive staircase and concrete construction- great Van Berkle used up most of the available building space and money so that in the end there was not enough for the actual client- the university and the students.
