This guy was a fighter pilot back in WW-2 and has seen my park jet foamies buzzing around the sky. He finally decided to try building one of his own and I maiden it.

  • Great video Ken just goes to show that you can get into this hobby at pretty much any age. Nice you took the time to help him out keep us informed on his progress...

  • @flyby8906 hopefully, he didn't crash it into pieces yet- LOL! i want him to try building the FF-22 next since i think it flies better than the one he built

  • Well dang, it was his first. Seems to fly better than most first builds I have seen. Wondering if this was the first video of the camera person. Sounds like a few fixes/adjustments and that little prop jet will do great.

  • @Tsavah the old man that built the plane is shooting the vid, and his camera work is just as bad as his flying-LOL! i give him respect in a real plane though. i heard he was an ace in his countries air force back in the day.

  • cool!...he looked like a nice old guys :)

well it flys and im sure it flys better then a ww2 plane :P

    cool vid ken

  • @jacquesone100 he's a nice guy when you get to know him. i favorited a vid from a few years ago when he was buzzing us with his piper cub. we were making fun of him back then, now we are flying friends (check it out on my favorites: t-rex 450 attempting sport flying for the 1st time"). it was funny bro

  • A pro helping a beginner out, I love it. Great work Ken!

  • Regardless of his issues with the plane I think he is flying very nicely!

  • Cool vid Ken, good to see you out flying again.
