1) The hacked bogus listing is about 15 minutes old as I capture it. (Again "Proactive Fraud Reduction my foot!)

This pattern clearly indicates the hackers have the ability to override ebaY filters (if any such exist)
This is more than simple phishing.

Further, I wonder whether the folks at Bose know that their name and products are being used in fraud listings constantly on ebay?

Hello gazr52. This video hilights the fact that ebay has been under massive worldwide hack attack since around mid-feb '07. Go view the latest cappnonymous videos by going to the cappnonymous channel or video page for some very telling video.

The hackers OWN ebay. IT is not safe for buyer or seller. Massive data leaks, incompetent service reps, critical security flaws in coding.
