cherz man. Keep waking people up! Im starting to get much more spiritual as a person. But i have never meditated , but i feel a need to start ASAP. I need to get in key focus with my body again and try re-cleans my inner body. Any tips or suggestions would be great as i know nothing about this, other than basics. And what with it being 2008 already i must wake myself up even more to the spiritual side of things. Peace

one day i just felt and urge to meditate so i went to barned&novles and searched for a book about meditation and found one. it was the last one they had (weird its as though i was ment to read it) and learned alot about chakras. i have now been meditating for some time and it fels wonderful sonnecting with the niverse

I don't believe in any religion.Honestly I have no idea what this video is talking about.It looks pretty cool though : ) I just don't believe everything I hear. I have my own brain & I use it.
