  • @kutchabo You don't "need" a meal plan anymore than you "need" anything in life. The point is convenience, keeping track of things and staying organized. Naturally, for some people it helps more than others.

  • Hey Scott, I'm an avid weightlifter and I consider my self to be in great shape. I have been using surya 6 cell mass and n.o explode and getting great results. My only concern is that I'm starting to look very bloated( almost pregnant looking :x. ) I wanted to know if it could be a result of supplement miss use . I am also a diabetic and I have to take artificial insulin can the insulin be effecting fat gain? Should I take my doses ,more spaced out and how do blood sugar levels effect fat gain?

  • Hey Scott, thanks for all these updates man! Im pretty good with my food intake, don't have a set plan but im sensible. The only thing I struggle with is what to eat before i workout? I train fairly late at night (8pm). Any suggestion on what I could do?

  • @ScottHermanFitness I once had no idea on what to eat to be healthy and loose weight. Google is mans best friend. Nutrition information is so easily attainable by the click of button. You don't need a meal plan to know what fats to eat and what carbs to eat at certain times of the day. If you eat a good variety of healthy meats, veggies and fruits then acheiving a good micro-nutrient balance will happen naturally.

Also, help me to understand how someone who has NO IDEA where to start is supposed to get the education they need to eat right? and don't say read a book or research online because that is exactly what my meal plan is :)

  • @ScottHermanFitness You don't need a meal plan to not buy junk and to eat healthy diet all you need is dedication, motivation and have the knowledge to know what is good.I can tell you from personal experience, eating a shitty junk food diet is cheaper than eating a nice and healthy diet. I ate junk food everyday but now I eat extremely healthy and have lost 40 pounds. I didn't use any meal plan, just exercise/strength training and the knowledge of what to put into my body
