@lightswornkiller1 Inkscape is a free open source vector program that is similar to Adobe Illustrator. It's good for digital art and lettering, because it's vector based, which means you don't have to worry about pixellation when you zoom in. And I figured out how to do letter balloons with it and it's pretty easy. By the way, open source means FREE and legal program to download.
