I used to use the silex, but it's only wireless b/g so the range is okay, but not great. switched to the Dlink DIR-655 (wireless n) and it's great! The USB software that comes with it is also great. it connected immediately to the 01V96. in fact, I'm running a toshiba laptop with Windows 7 and wireless n wifi and was up and running in less than 5 minutes after taking the router out of the box!

and Silex model you're using?
Its configuration is exactly how i want to work here in Brazil.
