Can you please stop to talk about Fanny Mendelssohn as a "woman composer"? There are no "woman composers". There are simply bad composers whom we play only because they were women and then there are good composers that happen to be women (which is good so we can play their music on 8 march). Fanny Mendelssohn is a good composer. Can we compare her to her brother and her contemporaries and not with Hildegard von Bingen (that has nothing in common with her), please??? What happened at 3.47?
