Question: is it possible to rest the tubing in a plastic tub- like, you can soak the dishes in the plastic tub as a sink, then spray water from it on the dishes- that way you're using up the gray water?

Our digital camera/video camera goes through batteries like a power starved grid. So we invested in rechargeable batteries. =)

@CJsKidsClub Thanks for watching! Yes rechargeable batteries are the way to go. I even bought a decent AA solar battery charger. Not cheap but reliable which I can even hang off of my backpack to keep my batts. charged for my steripen and headlamp and cameras. I don't have a blog or website and will continue to post my ideas and explorations here on youtube. With much appreciation...Laurie

@LoveRise we have a (do it) Best right here where I live in Arizona, I should just go have a look, they are less than 3 miles away from my place. Everyone locally here just calls them "BEST" even though they are called "Do it Best". They are like an Ace hardware type place ... only better imho.

@paddyboy12432 well then you should check out the Rubber Tramp Rendezvous in January in Quartzite Arizona where many vandwellers will be connecting. It's free and you CAN car camp or backpack and tent in the desert as well. So pack up your fall back pack set up and head out to this inspirational gathering!
