This was one of the worst decisions the Supreme Court has ever made. Even American citizens who fought against the Union during the American Revolution were not entitled to Habeas Corpus rights.

He's a lot like George W. Bush in that he knows what's right and what's wrong. Giving Gitmo detainees the same rights as US citizens is simply wrong. I can't believe the Court gave that ruling.
