Un garçon de 11 ans découvre un jour, dans un très vieil album de timbres, une formule magique lui permettant de devenir assez petit pour voyager à bord d'un timbre-poste.

Il nous amènera avec lui dans un périlleux voyage, du Canada jusqu'au pays des kangourous, l'Australie. Mais, peu familier avec cette méthode de transport, son itinéraire le conduira d'abord au pays des mille et un dragons, la Chine...

It is a children's film in which a young boy, Ralph, and his sister discover a magical ability to travel the world riding within postage stamps. Complicated by a series of rules, they are soon lost in such far-flung places as Australia and China. Ralph is plagued by a debilitating stutter, and the film is essentially a coming-of-age story wherein Ralph can speak unfettered by the movie's end.
